## Item fields
- id, authority (FSA | BOJ | MOF), authority_ja, url (the original announcement), source_feed
- title_ja, summary_ja: RSS title and description (description is often empty)
- published_at: publication time; observed_at: when SITION first stored the item. UTC ISO-8601, second precision, Z
- backfilled: true for imported history; observed_at is null and since never returns them

- GET https://sition-data-api.sition-data-api-worker.workers.dev/v1/jp-authorities/latest — $0.02 per call — Japanese authority (FSA, BOJ, MOF) updates published in the last 24 hours.
- GET https://sition-data-api.sition-data-api-worker.workers.dev/v1/jp-authorities/since — $0.01 per call — Japanese authority (FSA, BOJ, MOF) updates first observed after timestamp t.
  - t (required): ISO-8601 timestamp with Z or ±hh:mm (not in the future). Returns items with observed_at > t, oldest first. Example: 2026-11-02T00:00:00Z
- GET https://sition-data-api.sition-data-api-worker.workers.dev/v1/jp-authorities/search — $0.05 per call — Search Japanese authority (FSA, BOJ, MOF) updates by publication date range and authority.
  - from (required): YYYY-MM-DD (00:00:00Z) or ISO-8601 timestamp. Returns items with published_at >= from. Example: 2026-10-01
  - to (optional): YYYY-MM-DD (23:59:59Z) or ISO-8601 timestamp; default now. At most 92 days after from. Example: 2026-10-31
  - authority (optional): FSA, BOJ or MOF. Example: FSA
- Paid endpoints return items, count, truncated, feed_status, source_note, generated_at. latest and search: newest published first; since: oldest observed first; at most 500 items each.

## Rules
- since compares observed_at (second precision) with t and returns at most 500 items.
- truncated is true whenever 500 items are returned, including exactly 500.
- When truncated is true, re-query with t = the last observed_at minus 1 second, then de-duplicate by id.
- In query strings, URL-encode + as %2B (t=2026-11-02T09:00:00%2B09:00), or use Z (t=2026-11-02T00:00:00Z).
- Date-only from/to mean 00:00:00Z and 23:59:59Z (UTC); the search range is at most 92 days.
- Invalid parameters get 400 bad_request and are never charged. A request with no parameters and no payment gets the 402 price quote.
- feed_status.stale is true when any feed's last successful check is over 30 minutes old; then paid endpoints answer 503 feed_stale without charging.

- Paid tools use the x402 MCP transport: an unpaid call returns an error result with PaymentRequired in structuredContent; retry with the payment in _meta["x402/payment"]. Bad input, stale and not-open return an error result without asking for payment.

- FSA and MOF sites are under the Public Data License 1.0 (PDL1.0): reuse, including commercial, is allowed with attribution, e.g.:

- This list is compiled by SITION from the RSS feeds; it is not made by the authorities.
