金融庁・日本銀行・財務省の新着情報 RSS を 5 分ごとに読み、各項目を JSON で返す API です。AI エージェントが x402（USDC）で 1 回ごとに払って使います。

An API that reads the "what's new" RSS feeds of Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA), Bank of Japan (BOJ) and Ministry of Finance (MOF) every 5 minutes and returns the items as JSON. AI agents pay per call with x402 (USDC).

項目の中身 / Item fields

• id, authority (FSA・BOJ・MOF), authority_ja, url (元の発表 / the original announcement), source_feed
• title_ja, summary_ja: RSS の title と description（description は空のことが多い） / RSS title and description (description is often empty)
• published_at: 当局の公開日時 / publication time. observed_at: SITION が最初に保存した時刻 / when SITION first stored the item. UTC, ISO-8601, second precision, Z.
• backfilled: true の項目は過去分の取り込みで、observed_at は null です（since には出ません） / true for imported history; observed_at is null and since never returns them.

窓口と値段 / Endpoints and prices

有料の窓口は items・count・truncated・feed_status・source_note・generated_at を返します。latest と search は published_at の新しい順、since は observed_at の古い順で、どれも最大 500 件です。 / Paid endpoints return items, count, truncated, feed_status, source_note and generated_at. latest and search are newest published first; since is oldest observed first; each returns at most 500 items.

使い方の決まり / Rules

• since は observed_at（秒単位）が t より後の項目を、古い順に最大 500 件返します。 / since compares observed_at (second precision) with t and returns at most 500 items.
• truncated は 500 件を返したときに true です（ちょうど 500 件でも true）。 / truncated is true whenever 500 items are returned, including exactly 500.
• truncated が true なら、最後の項目の observed_at から 1 秒引いた時刻を t にして取り直し、id で重複を除いてください。 / When truncated is true, re-query with t = the last observed_at minus 1 second, then de-duplicate by id.
• クエリ文字列の時刻の + は %2B と書くか、Z を使ってください（例: t=2026-11-02T09:00:00%2B09:00、t=2026-11-02T00:00:00Z）。 / In query strings, URL-encode + as %2B, or use Z.
• search の from・to に日付だけ（YYYY-MM-DD）を書くと UTC の 00:00:00 と 23:59:59 として扱います。範囲は 92 日まで。 / Date-only from/to mean 00:00:00Z and 23:59:59Z (UTC); the range is at most 92 days.
• パラメータが正しくない要求は、支払いの前に 400 bad_request を返します（料金はかかりません）。パラメータも支払いも付けない要求には、料金の案内（402）を返します。 / Invalid parameters get 400 bad_request and are never charged. A request with no parameters and no payment gets the 402 price quote.
• どれか 1 つのフィードの最終確認から 30 分を超えると feed_status.stale が true になり、有料の窓口は料金を取らずに 503 feed_stale を返します。 / When stale is true, paid endpoints answer 503 feed_stale without charging.

MCP

POST https://sition-data-api.sition-data-api-worker.workers.dev/mcp — MCP streamable HTTP（セッションなし・JSON 応答） / stateless, JSON responses. 有料のツールは x402 の MCP 方式です。払わずに呼ぶと、PaymentRequired を structuredContent に入れたエラー結果が返ります。支払いは _meta["x402/payment"] に付けて呼び直します。 / Paid tools use the x402 MCP transport: an unpaid call returns an error result with PaymentRequired in structuredContent; retry with the payment in _meta["x402/payment"]. 入力の誤り・stale・未開店は、支払いを求めずにエラー結果を返します。 / Bad input, stale and not-open return an error result without asking for payment.
